The labels work with any direct-thermal Zebra that accepts 2-inch wide rolls and a 1-inch core. The app pairs to any Zebra running BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). Tested and confirmed:
Current desktop model. Bluetooth + USB. Ships with the BOH Wiz starter setup. Best fit for kitchens setting up fresh.
Mid-tier desktop direct-thermal printers. Both pair with the BOH Wiz app. ZD620 has a wider print head if you ever go to 3-inch labels.
Older direct-thermal generation. Common in restaurants that bought their printers 5–10 years ago. All three confirmed working with BOH Wiz.
Mobile direct-thermal printers (battery + Bluetooth). Useful for catering or off-premise prep stations. Same labels, same app.
Most older direct-thermal Zebra desktop printers from 2015 onward will accept the labels. App pairing requires Bluetooth — older USB-only printers need a Bluetooth adapter or a paired tablet running the print queue.

BOH Wiz is sold as two separate SKUs: the printer ($299.99) and the labels ($129.99). If you already own a compatible Zebra, skip the printer and order labels only. The app is free, the integration is free, the only ongoing cost is the labels you reorder when you run out.
