BOH Wiz, via a remote server, collects the exact coordinates of the user to verify by algorithm that the coordinates match the store address that you have entered into our system. Coordinate data of users is not stored by us nor by our remote server.
Third parties
We also use the services of third parties to provide you with the products you purchase. We use Stripe as our third-party processor of payment information and Hubspot to assist us in improving your experience with our products.

We may use and store your information we collect from you to personalize the user experience, improve our products or website, or to better serve you, and only as long as necessary to do so.
How we protect your information
We have strict security procedures covering the storage of your information in order to prevent unauthorized access.
Data sharing
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
Messaging terms and conditions
- The messaging program consists of informational text messages from BOH Wiz — replies to questions you have sent us, updates on your free trial, order and shipping notifications, and scheduling messages relevant to your relationship with us. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
