Sealed packs are returnable for a full refund within 30 days. Once a roll is opened, it's yours. The dissolvable adhesive starts losing tack the moment the moisture barrier is broken, so we can't resell opened labels.
The BOH Wiz app and prep-list integration are free. Nothing to cancel. Nothing to refund. If you stop using the printer, just stop using the app.

Pack the printer in the original box if you have it, or any padded shipping box if you don't. Drop it at any UPS or USPS counter. Once it arrives at our Chicago address and we confirm it boots up cleanly, the refund hits your card within 5 business days. We email you a confirmation when it ships and again when the refund lands.
No restocking fee. No prorated subscription credit (because there's no subscription). No "we'll keep $50 because we feel like it." Just the printer cost minus what you paid to ship it back.
Cosmetic dings (tape residue, scratches on the case) don't void the return. Real damage that stops the printer from booting up does. The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects separately and isn't tied to the return window.
Yes. Labels and printer are billed separately. Returning the printer doesn't auto-refund the labels. If you also want a label refund, return any sealed packs in the same box.
If you cancel your account, we delete every label record, prep-list entry, and printer log within 30 days. The privacy policy spells it out at bohwiz.com/privacy.
Because we ship you a real printer. Free trials work for software where there's no shipping cost. Hardware trials at our scale would mean eating the shipping both ways and the risk of returns coming back broken. The 30-day return is the honest version: you buy it, try it, and we make returning easy if it doesn't work out.
